I recently purchased a new Dell XPS computer.  I have reloaded most of my
applications and transferred thier respective data.  I transferred the
Outlook.pst file and I can see everything in my Calendar, Contacts, etc.
When I click on th To: button to send an e-mail to someone in my address book
I get a message that says address list could not be displayed, contacts
folder could not bve opened...
When I click on my contacts folder under Personal Folders, nothing shows up.
Can anyone help me?

Thanks

I Tools | Account Settings  make sure the Outlook Address Book is added in
Address Books. Right-click on your Contacts folder, select Properties  and
in the Outlook Address Book tab ensure "show  this folder as an email
address book" is checked.

In Tools | Address Book select Contacts as the address book from the
drop-down list. You might have more than one Contacts listed.

An edit to my reply - in the Address Book choose Tools | Options and set the
contacts folder you might have multiple Contacts options there.
