Outlook 2002

This seems to be a common problem but I haven’t really seen successful
answers yet. I've tried to follow some of the Q&A's

A while ago I had to resurrect my Outlook files and so I copied the
outlook.pst folder into the relevant folder (maybe I shouldn’t have).

Anyway it brought all my email folders including my contacts list.

But when I try to write a new email and add an address, I click on to, it
comes up with select names and there is nothing in any of the boxes.

If I right click on my contacts list and go to properties then outlook
address book, everything is greyed out

I’ve tried looking everywhere, I’ve tried re-importing my pst file but
nothing appears to help.

Many thanks, Jesper
