I have created a distribution list and have noticed that some of the contacts
icon is just a basic address card and others have a "Icon of a head" in the
them. When I double click on one with the basic address card I cannot see all
the contact information but when I dbl click on the ones with a "icon head" I
can now edit them fully. Is there a way update all of them so they have the
"icon head". I spologize for how stupid this e-mail sounds but if you have
any insight I would appreciate it!!

The ones without the head are simply email addresses manually added to the
list while the others are real Outlook contacts. You'd have to remove the
addresses and replace them with contacts. You can create a contact from an
email address when initially create one but not on existing ones
