When I click the TO line, I see a blank "Address Book." I don't want
an address book; I want to see my Contacts again. Can someone please
help? Thank you. Outlook 2002.

right click on the contacts folder and choose properties - add a check to
enable it as an address book on the address book tab.
the address book is a virtual container for all sources of addresses
available in outlook. Think desk drawer holding various sources of addresses
including envelopes, bound address books, and business cards - so all are
together in one spot.
