Import contacts from an OWA account into Outlook

I have a customer who has access to an old e-mail account via OWA. He no
longer has access to the actual Outlook account. How can he import his
contacts from the OWA account into his current Outlook account? (Or will he
just need to forward the contacts?)

OWA cannot import or export.

forwarding will probably be faster unless he has a lot.
