Can´t import my .wab

Hi
Had to make an PC-restore, and saved my wab on an externel HD.
How do I do to import that into Outlook?
I´ve tried to do it, but theres nothing in the contactlist when I open it.
It´s Outlook 2003
By the way, I´ve read some of the questions, and....whats an PSP?

Outlook does not use a WAB. That's an Outlook Express file. You may import
it into OE. Once you do, you can then import into Outlook.

Thanx, Didn´t work out.
Something is wrong.
But where do I find the .PSP if I want to save it  and do it properly?

I assume you mean your Outlook data file? That file has a PST extension, not
PSP.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
