Trying to load Outlook contacts list currently on laptop (XP Office Pro) onto flash drive and then upload to desktop Outlook contacts list (XP Office Pro). > Trying to load Outlook contacts list currently on laptop (XP Office Pro) > onto > flash drive and then upload to desktop Outlook contacts list (XP Office > Pro). Close Outlook, copy pst file to Flash drive. On Desktop, open Outlook, do File-Open-Outlook Data File, navigate to Flash drive. Copy contacts from one file to another. HTH
