MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / August 2007sort for members list when making distribution lists
In Outlook 3.0 Regardless of how I set the sort up for the contact list, when I try and build the distribution lists, the names appear 1st name first, last name second, even though my contact book is last name first. How can I change this member list to appear as last name order or is it a bug? Buzz What version of Outlook are you using? There isn't a version 3 of Outlook. When creating contacts you must go into tools, email options, email accts and change the sort (view). Thanks for the respnse > What version of Outlook are you using?
