You failed to include any information. How you are creating these Contacts
and in what version of Outlook would be a minimum. You must also specify
where you are viewing the email address and why it isn't what you think it

ok sorry,
I use outlook 2007. When ik click file<new<contact , I fill in the name and
the email and than under the email, <email@email.com> shows up.
When I compose my e-mail and i select (after hitting the "to..." button)
these contact, ik can't send the mail: the mail always try to sent, but keeps
hanging.
When I change the contact information from "email<email@email.com>" to
"email(email@email.com)" , There's no more a problem

We still have no information. State more clearly how you are entering the
name and the email address. Include precise description of the fields you
are using.

I fill in the name "email" after the button "full name..." and the e-mail
address after the button "e-mail...". The field "show as..." shows
"email(email@email.com)"

Correct. Behavior as designed. What is the question?

The Display As field has nothing to do with that. Outlook still presents the
correct email address format to the mail server when you create and send a
message correctly. There is more to your story. We have no idea what you are
doing or with what mail transport. Examine the headers of the messages that
aren't sent.

When I select the contact "email(email@email.com)", the mail can't been send.
I have to change the contact information into "email<email@email.com>" then
is there no more a problem.
