When I enter a new contact in the Contact List, it is unavailable to use in an email. It does not show up in the contact list either. Yet when re entering the contact it says that it is a duplicate. Ref: Outlook 2003 Frank You'll need to provide more clear and accurate information using the same terms the rest of us use and that Outlook uses. "Contact List" means nothing to us and could mean anything. Define what you mean by it. State how you are entering Contacts and where they are not appearing that you think they should. State how you configured the Outlook Address Book in your profile and what changes you made when things stopped working as you think they should.
