I don't understand your question. I already told you what to. You have your
PST file, right? Open it in Outlook. Then create another PST file in the
older format, and copy your data into it.

I have tried but it won't let me open anything as the option is greyed
out...I assume that's because I am on a trial version of Outlook 2007?
I will try and find a friend with a 2003 version of Outlook and open it as
you suggested, as there doesn't seem to be any other way around it!

Trial versions are unsupported and we have no idea what features, if any,
they include. Apparently they include none. You will need to find a
functional version of either Outlook 2003 or 2007 to accomplish what you
need.
