What is the "add new email box?" Clarify what you really did to lose your
data. It would take a deliberate effort to actually lose your data. Search
your hard drive for Outlook data files and open each until you find it.

Plus just deleting the Email address in Outlook would not touch any of the
data....

I went to email accounts and then view or change and existing account. I then
clicked on remove and lost everything.

Of course. What were you expecting? Why did you do this? What were you
trying to do?
You did not remove any data, but what you were you were intending to do and
what you want to do now are patently unclear. Provide more clear and
detailed information.

Is this a paid premium account for which you have installed the Outlook
connector?

Assuming that is a POP3 account, yes. RR will provide you with instructions.
