Subfolders in my inbox

Hi Dear Friends,

In my inbox there are many Subfolders and each have many other subflders
themself. I need a back up from the structure of the names of folders and
subfolders to send it to a colleague so he can get an idea about how to
organize his own inbox.
Is there any way to do that >? :-??

Apart from the fact that this group is for outlook CONTACTS, as in the
title, have you thought of just sending a Screenshot?
