On Outlook 2003 when I would get a distribution list as an attachment send to me all I had to do was drag the list to my contacts. Now for some reason I can't do the same thing for 2007. SignatureBrian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] This is the message I get when I try to drag the list into my contacts: Cannot copy the items. The message interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists restart Outlook. The first time it happen I did a restart it still would give me the same message. Also the person that email me her distribution list also has 2007.
