It is not clear to me what you feel you need to do here.

I am responding in OE, thanks for that Russ, makes life easier. How can I
set up multiple newsgroup servers?
In response to your response, I do not understand why my links could have
broken in the first place. All you said is "the possibilities are endless."
I am trying to comprehend what negativity is associated with half my
contacts not being picked up by my Activities tab.
I would like all my contacts to appear the same, to elaborate on what I
said, perhaps I am becoming Outlook OCD, but it is bugging me.
You said broken links cannot be restored. I don't get what the point of
contact management software is if you have to re-create half of your
database every 4 years. I do not want to do that to say the least.
Obviously the Contacts themselves work, they sync to my Smartphone and their
own respective Activity windows associate with my inbox, tasks and other
folders properly. They just don't automatically pop up in my window.
At times I rely on my customized Activity window to look at tasks,
appointments, etc. and since only half of the info is there apparently, it
makes that extremely unreliable.

I'm not sure you understand how Activities work. You're the one who said you
had imported and exported Contacts multiple times and migrated from a PST
file to Exchange Server. Like any other link, Activities are unique to the
local store. Change that store, and you start over with Activities.

Russ, will creating a new Profile fix my issues? If so, will the Exchange
Server simply migrate my information to the new Profile once it is set up and
used for the first time? Thanks mi amigo.

Can't answer for sure with Exchange because I have never run against it. If
you migrate a PST file correctly, Activities will persist, but creating a
new profile won't fix links that have been broken.
