All, question about contacts categories in Outlook 2003.

When initiating an email message and selecting the recipients,
I want to see the categories. I am looking for recipents in various
categories.

Let me know if this is possible.

Bob.

That's what the "By Category" view of the Contacts Folder is for.

I am in an email window, not the contacts folder. I don't see any categories
there.

I know. That's not where they are. They are in the Contacts Folder. Outlook
has deprecated the old address book view. They expect us to use Contact
Folder views instead.
