I'd like to add a list of events to do in the future for a contact.  For
example, I make a sale and want to add a list of things to make sure I do.
Things like give them a call three days, thirty days and eleven months later.
Anybody know how I can add a list things that it will remind me to them when
they become due?

Outlook BCM might suit you for this. Check it out.

You can drag and drop the Contact to the Calendar (use right-click drag and
drop for options). That will link the Contact to the new Appt and partly
complete the Subject with the Contact name.

I'm looking to add multiple events at one time for the same contact.  Not
just one call for that contact.

Have you looked into using the Journal or linking Contacts to Appointments?

I can't understand how I am not being clear.  I want to be able to take a
list of things I want to do for a new customer(i.e. follow-up calls, letters)
and add the list of things to do in my calendar at one time.  I do not want
to add each call and letter individually.  I want to have a list of things to
do added at once.  Any one understand what I am trying to do and how to get
there?  I could do this over 10 years ago with Top Producer.  Is there no way
to do it today with Outlook?

um, you aren't being"clear" because you aren't takign advice.

As ALREADY mentioned BCM would suit you better. Have you looked into it?

BCM is specifically designed to deal with Business Contacts and the type of
thing you want to do but you need to check it out yourself.

Now, if you aren't going to use the software that will more suit your needs
then you will need to learn how to use Outlook as it is.

You can add as much as you like to the Calendar but not all at one time and
you need a way to ***link*** it to the Contact. You should also look into
Tasks and linking to Tasks.

The Contacts Activities tab and the Journal can show and record activities
already undertaken but not what you want to do in the future.

Look in Help and try and learn about Tasks and Appts or look at BCM to
better suit you.
Also look into Grouping.
