data? What do you mean by "set up under recall?"

Sorry for the confusion I used PcMover to transfer the outlook contacts to
the new 2007 outlook . Should I have done that or not. I have over 1700
Contacts and need them on my new computer with the 2007 outlook. What I had
under 2003 is kind of like this .. I would have 10 people with the address
under September 2005 another group of contacts I would have under a different
date.
Do I need to Start over From Scratch with all my contacts.

You should not have done that. There is only one way to transfer Outlook
data intact. You copy the Outlook data file from the old installation then
open it in the new installation (File > Open Outlook Data File...). At that
point you can either reuse it as the new default for the new profile, or
copy what you want from it to your new PST file.
