I recently linked my Outlook to an e-mail account with a company that hosts
my website.  I want to import all of the addresses in that account to
Outlook, and utilize Outlook for all of my e-marketing efforts.  How do I
import my database? (I went into E-Mail Accounts in Outlook, but got stuck
when it asked if I want to use LDAP or additional address books...)  How do I
send out a newsletter to my database without having every single e-mail
address show up on the To line?

In what format do these addresses exist?
