I created a Master Category list of only four categories.  I have
assigned oine or two categories to each of my contacts.
PROBLEM:  When I view contacts by category, only three of my four
category headers appears.  In addition, one of the three categories
displayed lists all the contacts that were assigned to the missing
category???
