Somehow I have three different Outlook Contact files and I would like to
merge or consolidate them back into a single Contact file with Outlook 2007.

Outlook doesn't have "contact files".  Do you mean contact folders?  If so,
open one of the extra by clicking on it, select all the entries in it with
CTRL-A, then drag the selection to the folder where you want to agglomerate
the contacts.  Release the mouse button.  Repeat for the other extra
contacts folder.  When done, right-click the extras each in turn and choose
Delete.
