We use outlook 2007 and personal distribution lists we finally hti around 100
name sin the list and when we tried to add a new we get a message saying:
Distrubution has reached maximum size allowed for network email server

We use exchnage 2007

how do i fix this?

If i read this article corretcly it saying that i have to have multiple
lists? if i hit the threshold? I have made two lists but i would like to have
1 not possible? the list contains all the data that would show up in the GAL
becuase thats the only people in the list.

You are asking an Exchange question, not an Outlook question. Try an
Exchange group.
