Outlook 2007-How do I remove display name address in email?

When I create a new email and add Contacts from my personal contacts list
(not the GAL), it shows the Display Name with the full email address.  I
don't want it to display this.  I can manually remove on each entry, but have
many addresses. There must be another way.  I tried KB 280460 and it did not
work.

There is no other way. Nor is there a valid need for one. What makes you
think there is?
