Client called to say that since he has had his pda he cant save contacts in
outlook properly. For example he is entering a phone number and other details
in contacts in outlook the phone number wont save properly eg

the phone number is :

02 9853 6725

it will save as

(029) 8536725 ..

The only way he can get information to be saved properly in contacts is via
his pda...

can his outlokk be sorted out so he doesnt have to do from his pda all the
time ...

If he sets his dialing options correctly in Control Panel, Outlook should
format the number in correct International dialing format.

Thanks, sorted it out prior to viewing this message. I just had to go into
the dialing properties & remove the #2 from 02.

Landline & mobile #s can now be entered without any problems unless it
affects something else.

Thanks, PS
