how do share  contacts without someone having to type in my name?

I want employees to be able to click on shared contacts and have the list
come up without  the program asking whose shared contacts first.

outlook needs to know whose calendar they want to view so they either need
to add your mailbox to their profile or you could send them a url... they
can also click the Name button to select it, rather than actually type it
in.
