When declining a meeting for my manager, I save it to the top of his calendar
on the day it was originally scheduled for in case plans change and he can
attend.  I normally do that by copying and pasting the information into an
all day event.  I was wondering if there was an easier way to do that.  Also,
is there a way to save a meeting invite as an outlook message to include in
messages?

Thanks

Is there a reason that you do not want to use the "Tentative" booking
option?
