I need the email address to print as well as the person's name when I print
an email.  I have tried adding the email address to the display name and the
contact's name.  Nothing has worked. Any ideas?

I *think* the application here might allow such customization of printing.
Try it!

I changed the "display as" in the contacts to include the email, but it stil
isn't showing the email address.  I think it might be because it is still
showing the old display as when i set up the address book in outlook express.
how can I delete these contacts completely so that it will show the new
"display as" that includes the email?

Thanks!

Which version of Outlook is this and does a new Contact show the email
address as you'd expect? I do this recall this being a problem when OE
contacts were transferred to Outlook. The solution was to open the contact
and then save it again.

I am using Outlook 2007. I have tried deleting the entire contact list and
re-entering and it still isn't working.  How do I delete the old address book
from my system?  I know it is still looking at the old display name because
on certain ones they are cut off because the field wasn't large enough.  I
don't mind re-entering all my contacts if it will fix it.  Thanks!

Your "Address Book" is just a representation of your Contacts folder.
In your "Display As" field in the open Contact entry do you have both the
email address and the name?

Yes, the display name is the name and email address.  For example, I
currently have a contact with the display name "Emma Smith-Home
(emma.smith@gmail.com)", however it is showing up as "Emma Smith-hom" which
used to be my old contact display in Outlook Express because it didn't have
enough space to finish the word.

I know it is still looking at my old contact list somehow.  I have deleted
all contacts and re-entered in outlook 2007, but nothing seems to work.  I
don't want to uninstall the program and re-install because I don't want to
lose all my emails, rules, etc that I already have set up.

Any suggestions?  Has anyone else had this problem?  Thanks! :)
