You can't. The problem is with the Outlook profile which you must recreate.

Thanks, Russ. I suspected that was going to be the answer but never hurts to
ask. Now I have to figure out why one user's profile is continually getting
corrupted. He's a serial outlook killer, took less than a week on his newest
computer! What's even stranger is that the second user is the first one's
assistant, and they are the only two I can recall having troubles like this
in the 8 years I've been supporting the users here! Either that or they're
the only two who complained about it...

The number one cause for these problems is AV software. Might want to have a
look there as a start.

Thanks for the insight. Have 30+ users on same AV software, on various
versions of Outlook, and only 2 have this issue, but that doesn't mean it
isn't the AV...
