How can I revise catagories

In Outlook 2007 is it possible to revise the categories, like from Green
being VIP to Green being Business. After the first use, I can find no way to
change the name of categories.

click on the category button, choose all categories... choose the category
and Rename?

Thanks! I looked all over this simple tool!
