Im using outlook 03' When I read an email from a person how do I attach it to
keep it filed with that same person in my cotact list? I did it once and
can't remeber how to do it again. When its done correctly a little folder
pops up in the notes section of the contact and you can just go to that
contact opena it and there are the saved emails..

Why wouldn't you just use Activities for this? It makes no sense to move
emails and store them in a Contacts Folder.

Open a Contact Record. See the Activities Tab? Click on it and a link to
every email that Contact has sent you or that you have sent you him will
appear.
