Does anyone know if you can automatically link the dates that you put in your
Outlook Contacts to the Outlook Calendar automatically without having to key
them in separately?

Thanks

only the contact's own b-day will link to the outlook calendar... maybe
anniversary.

If you imported those contacts with their birthdays and anniversaries, then
no.  You'll have to change each contact record manually (perhaps changing
some letter in some field to itself) and then save the contacts record,
which should add the birthday and anniversary for that contact to the
calendar.  If you create a new contact and specify a birthday or
anniversary, they'll get added when you save the contact.
