In the Outlook Contacts folder, when the current view is set to business
card, the basic data appears on the card....name, company, phone number. I
want specific fields to show up on all of my contact business cards. Is there
a way to define what data fields are displayed on the business cards?

You can Define a New View and make it show whatever fields you want as you
like it, including Business Card style.

You failed to post the basic information of your version so I'll leave it to
you to find how to get to Define New View (it varies according to the
version).
