I'm running Outlook 2007.  I want to add an address to my address book by
right clicking on the From field inside the message.  This works on 2 of the
3 machines we have Outlook 2007 installed on.  The one that isn't working,
right clicking only offers Cut, Copy, Paste etc.  Is there a setting I'm
missing somewhere?

No such setting. Any properly configured Outlook profile will do this.
Verify that you have your Outlook Address Book Service configured correctly
in the profile that does not.

We have discovered that all the mail items that were imported from the
previous eMail software are the items that we do not have this option on.
The new mail items that are coming in we are able to add to the address book
by right clicking blah, blah, blah.  Mystery solved!
