I've tried to just click on the header category (i.e. "Friends") in my category list and then go to New message to contact (under File). But in the "to" box it doesn't let me type the word "Friends" and if I just leave it blank, it asks for a name to send to. Okay, I get it - I had to display the category first and select the header and then go to Actions, new message to contact. Thanks.
