OL 2007 How to delete a duplicate contacts folder?

I'd like to delete, or at least rename so it's usable, a second contact
folder that is now empty.  Delete and Rename are both grayed out.

They can usually be deleted using the old Windows Mail client. Its highly
suspect though.
I'd create a new profile with a new PST then copy all your data to that new
profile using File | Open ...
