import master category list from OL2003 to OL2007?

I have several custom categories set up in OL2003 that were not picked up
when I upgraded to OL2007 and I cant find my way to the master category list
in OL2007 nor anyway to import these , any help anyone?

A right click on the top folder, Properties, Upgrade to Color Categories
might do it.
