I have removed all temporary internet files in the temp folder, I have also
removed all the cookies in internet explorer and still I cannot remove the
not a valid win 32 application.  This message is stopping me downloading an
update for my HP printer.  Any advice please?
Thanks Les60leeds

Not an Outlook problem, and certainly not an Outlook Contacts problem.

Try posting in a group that supports your version of Windows or try the HP forums for your printer issue.
