My email to contacts distribution list stays in Outbox

I created a distribution list in Outlook Contacts. I created an email and
selected the distribution list to send it to. It seemed to send it
(send/receive) as the icon on the lower right seemed to be sending an email
for each name. The message however is still in the outbox and says it has
not been sent. I BCC myself and I have not received it and it does not show
in my sent items folder. How do I get this sent?

Create a DL that is not corrupt. We cannot tell from your post why yours is,
but it is.
