How can I send emails to multiple recipients & how many Recipients

I sent email with a one page attachment to 7 people. Response: "552 Failure
Message exceeded limit 143149K/20480K" I have set these names up in Outlook
address book as a "new distribution list" and this is the first time I have
tried to use it. Thank you for any help you can offer with this.

Not an Outlook question. This messages was from your mail service provider.
Ask them what their limits are.
