2003 had a bubble alert on incoming calls, does 2007?

My laptop would hook to my phone line and show me a caller id bublle in the
bottom right hand corner of the screen. I cannot figure out how to turn on
this feature on my desk top. Please advise

That is a feature of the modem software.
