Cannot Add Contacts to Outlook

I am unable to add contacts to outlook it was working just fine up until a
few days ago. When I scroll it will not even highlight add contact.
Any Suggestions? Also this outlook is not on a server and outlook is not my
mail client I use it strictly for the calender and contacts.

Perhaps you could post some useful information that someone in a newsgroup
