The New Letter to Contact utility was removed.
You can still use the Insert Address function in Word. Add the Address Book
to the QAT. You'll find in under the "All commands" section.

Thank you. I have now added the Address Book icon to the QAT and it leads me
to Contacts, but each time I click a contact I get the following message:
"Microsoft Office Word has stopped working. A problem caused the programme
to stop working correctly. Windows will close the programme and notify you
if a solution is available" - but I've received no such notification.
Do you have any advice, please?

Have you configured your Outlook Address Book Service correctly? Do your
Word and Outlook versions match? Do you have more than one Outlook profile?
