I am very new to outlook.  I am not even an exchange administrator.  Please
help if anyone can.

I am currently working with sharepoint contacts list connecting to outlook.
Everything works great, all the columns and able to format the outlook
column according to the sharepoint list.  My users have a huge database of
contacts entries and it is sorted by State, City, and Trade (formatted by
using User field 1).

Issue is - When they go to contacts,they would like to choose 6 contacts out
of 100's and then click send.  I know you can do this when you click on TO:
and pick your contacts but there are hundreds of them and they need to sort
what they want and just click (multiple contacts at a time by choice of
Trade) and send it to the TO: line.  I hope anyone understands my post.
Please email if you need clarifications.

I also took the advice on this list to create and send to message.  Can you
do a multiple contacts and then send to Create a new message?

Hi Kerrie

You can shift click and ctrl click then drag to the Sent items folder to
send to those selected people or once selected use the Actions menu
