Changing from Outlook 2000 to Outlook2007

I have been using Outlook 2000 for a few years, but I have purchased Outlook
2007 and will install it soon. Is there a way for me to transfer my contacts
list from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2007?
Thanks for any help you can give me on this.

Posted here daily:
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
