How do I transfer from one PC to another

Im totally new at this and cant work out to do it. Im trying to transfer
e.mail address from outlook on one PC to outlook on another using a usb
stick.

Can anyone help.

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
