Someone has sent me a bunch of contacts.  They have the company name in
capitol letters.  I need to change it to upper and lower case and the system
accepts the change.  But when I open the contact again the company name is
back in upper and lower case.  

Can you tell me how to fix this>?

You have posted no information. At a minimum you would need to post how you
created these contacts, how you are attempting to modify them, your Outlook
version, and what isn't happening that you that you think should. Here are
