I want to set up a group e-mail that doesn't allow the other people in the
group to see everyone's e-mail address to protect their privacy.  Is this
possible in Outlook?

It has nothing to to with the list itself. It has to do with how you send
the message. Put the addresses in the BCC field.

Thank you Russ!  I was trying to overthink what I needed to do.  Thank you
for such a simple solution.
