I want to set up an Email field in the Contacts when I view by Category. When
customizing the fields an Email field does not not appear in the drop down
box. When I try to add as a new field, it will not let me. I get a message
that says there is already an email field set up.

While viewing By Category, right-click the header line and choose Field
Chooser.  Chaneg the drop-down to "All Mail Fields", click the E-mail field,
and drag it to the position on the header where you'd like it displayed.
