how do I change the way an address card looks in Contacts

In Office 2000 the Detailed Address card had the address and other details at
the top half of the screen, with the Notes at the bottom half. Having just
upgraded to Office 2003, I find that it is now in two vertical halves instead
of horizontal. Any way of changing this back to horizontal halves?

After furious head scratching, Surendra asked:
