I want to get rid of my old original contacts folder as this includes a ton
of old addresses that I no longer need.

It seems that I can move, copy and delete my new folder but not this
original one?

However, I can't see a reasonably quick way to update this old folder?  And
if I'd known I wouldn't be able to I would never have created a second?  This
is just very confusing...  Automatically new email details are saved to this
old folder AND I DON'T WANT THAT!!  It's very frustrating...

Any ideas on what I can do to get rid of this old info?   And end up with
just one clean contact folder?

THANK YOU!

You ought to state more clearly what you did to migrate your data, in what
version, and what you want to do now. You haven't posted enough information
for us to do anything but guess.
You cannot delete any default folder, but you can certainly delete its
contents. Why don't you just do that?
